A large fire camp has been established in Plain and helicopter fire suppression operations are operating out of our local airstrip. Some local folks have set up donation accounts at Midway Grocery and Plain Hardware to provide coffee or soft drinks to the crews here working the fires. If you’d like put a couple bucks into that effort stop by either of those businesses. If you do stop in at Midway welcome the new owners Jamie and Rebecca to the neighborhood……………………
