After our current Executive Director Curt Soper shared his plans for retirement with us earlier this year, we have been busy preparing for the search for his successor. We have assembled a search team comprised of staff and board members. The search team is working closely with Clover Search Works, an excellent nonprofit executive search firm that knows the Land Trust well. Through an intentional process of input gathering we have developed a position announcement that speaks to the special skills, qualities, and experiences we seek in our next Executive Director.
