FOUND YELLOW LAB on N. Shore

SONY DSCWe found a male yellow lab that looks like he’s been on his own for a while. No collar and undernourished maybe 3-6 yrs old. He’s been fed and hopefully we can get him to stay on Mike Addelman’s enclosed porch tonight.
If he is yours, or you have any information about him, please email or call Tom 509-669-0489, 509-888-8797 or xchump@nwi.net

Oh..and he has a “friend” SONY DSC

    Lost Yellow Lab update:
He disappeared last night but was back again this a.m.
He ate his bowl of Taste of the Wild Salmon which he really likes.
He’s been hanging around and didn’t run away when I let my 2 Labs out.
If you know his name please post, email or call.
    Thanks

He’s getting comfortable and used to my dogs. He is not running away when I open the door. He spent the afternoon in the sunshine. Hope to get him on the heated dog bed tonight by the front door out of the elements.
Hard to imagine someone isn’t missing this sweet dog.

    Update:
He spent the night dry and on a heated dog bed outside the front door. Slept until breakfast then he got the courage to come inside. Wagged his tail for the first time, seems like he’s in good health. His caved in stomach looks normal now that he’s been eating. The plan was to borrow a scanner rather than traumatizing him with a 22 mile truck ride but that option wasn’t possible so I’m going to try and get a collar and leash on him and drive him to town to be scanned and checked out by Dr. Kathy. Please continue to find the owner. Thanks

Vet scanned and no microchip. Wenatchee Animal control has not gotten back to me.
No inquiries please keep trying. He’s leash and jumped in the truck and is neutered.

Friends Randy and Darcy stopped by to check on the lost Lab and Darcy remembered a couple with 2 dogs last summer camping up on Trinity and they had lost their yellow Lab.
Could he have survived the entire winter on his own? We will find out as soon as Darcy gets the phone number. Keep your paws crossed!

He’s sleeping inside tonight. Wags his tail and comes to you for affection. Tomorrow is the big day we might find his owners. Thanks for asking about him, he appreciates your kind thoughts.

Good news and bad news. The folks who lost their dog on Trinity last summer did find him, that’s the good news. Bad news is we’re still searching for our lost Lab’s owners.

Have you posted a lost dog with picture ad at Midway, Plain Hardware, etc? (I haven’t been in either store this week, so if you already have, disregard). I can print one out with contact info, and post one at Dan’s in Leavenworth if you want.

again, appreciate your diligence and care.

Yes, laminated flyers in every place and the few we missed will get one today. Thanks for the generous offer. He’s doing well, really warmed up to the family.
