Over a year ago I had a warranty issue with my Generac Generator. I kept getting the run-around with the company in Ellensburg that does warranty work. They kept putting it off so after over a year I ended up diagnosing and fixing the problem myself. During all this time, I talked to several heating companies in Wenatchee, telling them my story, some of them not even getting back to me, and got no interest from any of them except After Hours Plumbing and Heating. Nathan, the owner, and I talked several times, and he recognized a serious problem in the Wenatchee area with Generac service and warranty work. He investigated the idea with Generac and is now a certified Generac service and warranty work provider for our area. This is huge for our area and the people who own Generac Generators.
