Lake Wenatchee Fire and Rescue (LWFR) needs a new snowmobile so your Auxiliary has organized an online fundraiser!Winter is fast approaching and that means snow! Just saying the word brings broad smiles and happy dances to many residents and visitors to the Lake Wenatchee area who love to ski, snow mobile, or snowshoe. Along with the extraordinary fun though within on our 200 (yes 200) miles of trails, there is always the possibility of getting hurt or lost and backcountry searches and rescues are occurring more frequently. Having reliable snowmobile equipment greatly increases LWFR’s ability to respond quickly with adequate rescue and medical aid capability.
If you are able, please consider a donation. Any amount would be greatly appreciated. And…..please share this post with your friends. Please visit us at https://lwfrauxiliary.square.site/
