Please come and join Lake Wenatchee Fire and Rescue on September 11, 2024 at 3PM for the dedication of the Flag Pole and service memorial at the site of your future Public Safety Center located at 12419 Hill Street in Plain.
The pole and flag are a symbol reminding all those who see it of the sacrifices made by those who serve to protect both our Nation and our Community.
This dedication coincides with the 50th Anniversary of Fire Protection Services here in the Upper Valley Area.
That simple vision started 50 years ago by local volunteers to just “be here” to help those in need has grown to an agency that responds to multiple incidents with varying degrees of dangers and complexities.
Over time this site will provide a place of refuge and safety. A place for responders to train and store equipment to be used many years to come for both residents and visitors.
Please come out and celebrate your new site, recognize the sacrifices of all who serve and have served but more importantly celebrate your newest addition to the future of Lake Wenatchee Fire and Rescue.
Ample parking available at Fire Station 93.
