Sydney Miller of Firm Foundation Massage is taking new clients at the Kahler Glen Athletic Club (KGAC).Sydney started her career with training at the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle. She has worked in several different Spa and Physical Therapy settings in Leavenworth, WA, Sedona, AZ, and Durham, CT. With over 20 years of experience, she now brings attentive, client-focused massage to KGAC.
Born and raised in East Wenatchee, she has spent most of her life skiing and running in the Central Cascade mountains surrounding the Lake Wenatchee area. No stranger to sports-related injuries, Sydney’s athletic lifestyle helps her deliver compassionate and empathetic care that is focused on helping people get back to doing what they love.
“I know what it’s like to have setbacks,” Sydney says. “One of my goals is to help people recover from injuries and surgery, and live a more comfortable life.”
Sydney employs a variety of techniques that are customized to the individual. These include Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Cranio Sacral Therapy, and deep tissue work.
For those that simply want to unwind and relax, Swedish massage reduces stress, improves sleep, and promotes a sense of well-being.
“Sometimes we just need to slow down and get back to what matters.”
Firm Foundation Massage offers 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions; membership at KGAC is not required. Schedule an appointment or sign up for Sydney’s newsletter by texting or calling Sydney at 509-860-3296
