76 percent of Chelan County residents currently  have access to the PUD broadband/fiber network. Committed to making the service available to 85-90% of the population, the PUD is hosting a series of public meetings to determine where next to expand the system. The first of these meetings will be held  4:30 PM to 6PM Tuesday, October 8th, at the Leavenworth PUD office at 222 Chumstick Highway which is behind the Fire District 3 station.
