Stan came up to the lake today (Monday 4/22). One whistle and Teva came running from the house under construction and thru the car window to see her son Bibi.
It was a happy reunion between the entire family.
They asked me to thank everyone for their concern and for feeding and caring for them while they were lost.
We sure live in a dog loving community.
Great news but Mom’s still missing:
The E. Wenatchee Animal Shelter followed up on the messages I left them and located the lost Lab’s owners. The sad news is the lost Lab had his Mom with him and she’s still missing. I met the owners when I gave BiBi back to them and it was a very happy reunion. 3 weeks ago up at WHite River they were giving the dogs a bath with collar and ID off and they spotted something and took off. The owners searched to no avail until with everyone’s help they were reunited. Now we have to find the Mom. Her name is Teva, she’s not as skittish as Bibi. She may be 1 of the 2 yellow Labs spotted near Brown rd. The fact they became separated is cause for concern.
Please respond if you know anyone who recently acquired an adult female spayed Lab, they may not know she has a home. Contact Tom 509 669-0489 in the N. Shore Lake Wenatchee area or Stan the owner 509 521-0591
